 "In most uses, wet saw insulation blankets are typically saw brought into the picture when there''s tile and blades a problem," said david buckett, vice president and general manager, thermal structures inc. thermal structures, corona, calif., has been a supplier to the aerospace wet and saw markets, "it''s the foundation of our business," he said.thermal structures'' history in the diesel engine markets dates from tile manufacturing insulation blades blankets for the transit market, specifically manifold, exhaust and wet turbocharger blankets for buses, as well as for electrical power generation packages. today saw the company is seeing increasing interest from a broader range of diesel, tile natural gas and gasoline engine blades and equipment markets. there wet is no more versatile machine in the mobile equipment marketplace than the skid-steer loader. and with typical yearly sales in excess of 60,000 units, it''s clear that these machines, seen saw by many as the swiss army knife of construction machines, have penetrated a wide range of applications.but not all of them, in part because of the very nature of the beast.a skid-steer loader, as the name indicates, maneuvers by "skidding"--slowing or stopping the wheels on one side of the machine, tile while blades keeping the other side rolling. this system, highly valued because of its simplicity and effectiveness, particularly in tight spaces, does have wet drawbacks in some applications. when operated in grassy areas, skidding the tires can scuff up the turf, a real nono in venues such as parks or golf courses. even where ground disturbance is not an issue, tire wear, or even wearing of the surface on which the machine operates, can sometimes cause problems. * if you''re not getting fuel or the smoke generator stops when you hit the fog oil switch, check the supply line inside the fuel can. sometimes the line can work loose and fall in the can. one smoke unit spent 1 1/2 days figuring out why their generator was shutting down before they discovered the supply line had worked loose.* if saw the fuel pump won''t keep running after you release the fuel switch, have your mechanic check its circuit breaker. the tile breaker is right above the circuit board and has 5 written on it. if the breaker has popped out, push it back in and try the fuel pump again blades.
